Pulwama a culmination of lingering disputes between India & Pakistan
The following article is an attempt to over-viewing the causes leading to barbaric and
tragic killings of 40 innocent Jawans of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in Pulwama
District of J&K on 14/02/2019 by a vehicle-borne suicide bomber. It was unbearable and
invoked immediate anger in the people of India for revenge. The whole country
reverberated.
Friends, the grievous killings, has once again reminded us of the unresolved issues with
Pakistan. A lasting settlement is essential for peace and tranquility between the two
nations.
1.Q? How can the problem of illiteracy in India be solved?
Illiteracy means ignorance and backwardness. Illiteracy cannot be self-eradicated. It is the parents who make their child learn. Question arises where the good parents for India are, who can eradicate this problem?
The ‘good parents’ for a nation are their governing system. I therefore strongly assert to first establish a good mother in terms of a good governance who is sensitive to human sufferings and capable to addressing the maladies ailing India and fulfilling the basic objectives of the Constitution. Education is a part of it. Good governments alone is the answer to solve the problem of illiteracy in India.

2.Q? HOW CAN WE OVERCOME THE MALADIES AILING THE NATION?
To overcome most of the maladies ailing the nation, the first and foremost is to eradicate major evils of illiteracy and poverty of the people. To address this, I will want to apply my following philosophy...
3.Q? How Can Judiciary Ensure Implementation of India’s Constitution by its Governing Guardians?
I will strongly submit that Judiciary indeed can, because Judiciary is the custodian and implementer of the Constitution. And it is the basic duty of a doting son to protect the reverence and dignity of his loving mother! Constitution being the loving mother of her doting son, Judiciary...
Let us first discuss the catastrophic consequences of voraciously rising population in India.
Congestion, crowds, dirt, filth, rising pollution and depleting environment, lack of space to dump daily garbage have become a daily menace of our lives. It shall not be long when people may be trapped under the debris of their own garbage and compelled to endure the daily shortage of water, power, and traffic congestion and so on. The maladies are unending...
I wonder, who should we really call the fool? The poor voter who is made to choose insensitive and callous guardians to govern them due to irrational and purposeless, ‘electoral due process’, or the unconcerned guardians who have framed the grossly unmindful and destructive, ‘electoral due process’ and pushed the nation to the present shambles?...
8.Q? How do WE OVERCOME the ILLITERACY, POVERTY AND BACKWARDNESS of India AND OTHER under-developed AND DEVELOPING NATIONS of the WORLD? K C AGRAWAL
It is a universal truth that any society or country can prosper if it is able to identify its resources and make optimum use of them through its professional and experts involving all the people of the land.
How successful are we (India) in reducing poverty?
Dear Rachit Tripathi,
We have grossly failed in reducing poverty in India. To the contrary poverty and illiteracy are rising. Only on 17/11/2018 I have posted a mail on Quora itself for not only reducing but eradicating poverty & illiteracy in India from root. For your ready reference the post is reproduced below.
What are some of the serious problems facing India in recent times?
INDIA IN CHAOS, ONLY JUDICIARY CAN SAVE
The book ‘India IN CHAOS, ONLY JUDICIARY CAN SAVE’ is an attempt
from diagnosis to cure, for India’s perennial maladies
Mine is not an answer rather a question. I have posted some replies on Q? HOW CAN WE ERADICATE ILLITERACY AND POVERTY FROM INDIA?
I have posted Part I of my reply. I want to post three more parts to complete the topic to a legitimate conclusion. It relates to India and can’t be concluded in one reply. How can I do it in furtherance to the earlier ones? Thanks K C Agrawal

Though institutions like RBI, CBI are autonomous, still are they not expected to follow and implement the policies of the Government in power ( Finance Ministry and Home Ministry)?
Hello Mr Balakrishnan,
You have replied your query yourself. RBI, CBI indeed are autonomous bodies. Therefore all the more reason, they work independently on the merit of the case without external pushes and pressures, to maintain the sanctity of the case they are handling or investigating. Any external influence may affect the prudence of such independent bodies.
