Why 50 years? We can be a developed nation in just 20-25 years. It calls for vision, perseverance and a will to do.
How? By holistic development of the nation by visionary and prudent guardians.
It is a universal truth that any society or country can prosper, if it is able to identify its resources and make optimum use of them, through its professional and experts, involving all the people of the land. Only a few working for the rest is meaningless and makes no sense. Our resources are; primary resources (agriculture), secondary resources (industry) and tertiary resources or service sector; and then our natural resources (metals, minerals, oils and gas) and our mammoth force of human resource. If we are able to make optimum use of them, and stop the wasted resources, there is no reason why we shall not be able to make India a very developed and prosperous nation in just 20-25 years. Part 3 of my book provides road maps and guidelines how the same can actually be accomplished.
