How do WE OVERCOME the ILLITERACY, POVERTY AND BACKWARDNESS of India AND OTHER under-developed AND DEVELOPING NATIONS of the WORLD? K C AGRAWAL
It is a universal truth that any society or country can prosper if it is able to identify its resources and make optimum use of them through its professional and experts involving all the people of the land. Only a few working for the rest makes no sense. Our resources are; primary resources (agriculture), secondary resources (industry) and tertiary resources or service sector; and then we have natural resources (like metals, minerals, oils and gas) and our mammoth force of human resource.
After having done this we can emancipate our people from the shackles
of their miseries and woes by,
-Guarantee jobs to 100 percent workable hands within two to three years, not by way of charity or gratis, but by doing actual creative and developmental works, noted in Part 3 of the book.
-
Make optimum use of our talent and expertise and the mammoth human resource available with us.
-
Make judicious use of our natural and non-renewable resources.
-
Exercise population control and bring it down to the level of about 80 crore (from 136 crore in 2018) in 100 years. Refer the book how?
-
Remove illiteracy, ignorance and backwardness of our people by creating proper education system.
-
Rehabilitate the old, the disabled and destitute, and gradually eradicate disabilities and destitution for all times.
-
Motivate people through education to work for the nation and care for the fellow-beings.
-
Practice water management
-
Get prepared for disaster management
-
Optimize power generation
-
Improve the environment
-
Practice waste management (sanitation, sewage and garbage),
-
Put emphasis on IT (information technology) and R&D (research and development)
Part 3 of my book explains briefly how all the above can actually be achieved.
