What are the POWERS AND PREROGATIVES of Indian JUDICIARY?
I WILL GIVE THEM A PHILOSOPHY HOW WE CAN OVERCOME THE MALADIES AILING THE NATION IN TERMS OF- POVERTY, MISERY AND ILLITERACY.
THE FOLLOWING WORDS OF WISDOM HAVE THE GOLDEN PHILOSOPHY TO TRANSFORM INDIA AND PLACE IT AMONG THE MOST PROSPEROUS AND POWERFUL NATIONS IN THE WORLD. I URGE OUR YOUTH AND ALL CONCERNED, TO PLEASE READ IT AND UNDERSTAND THIS PHILOSOPHY THOROUGHLY. THIS PHILOSOPHY IS THE CRUX TO BUILD INDIA.
NOT ONLY INDIA, FOLLOWING THIS PHILOSOPHY, OTHER NATIONS OF THE WORLD TOO (PARTICULARLY,
UNDER-DEVELOPED AND DEVELOPING NATIONS) CAN ALSO MAKE UNBOUNDED PROGRESS.
It is a universal truth that any society or country can prosper only if it is able to identify its resources and make optimum use of them through its professional and experts involving all the people of the land.
Only a few working for the rest (as in India) makes no sense. Our resources are; primary resources (agriculture), secondary resources (industry) and tertiary resources (service sector); and then we have natural resources (metals, minerals, oils and gas) and our mammoth force of human resource.
We also waste our resources that are a great drain on our economy. These resources are man hour loss in traffic jams, production and professional loss due to shortage and frequent power breakdowns, food grains loss due to poor transportation and lack of storage facilities, perennial floods and droughts due to poor land and water management and so on. If we are able to plug them, stop the wasted resources and follow the above philosophy, there is no reason why we shall not be able to pull our suffering people out of their shambles to a happy and glorious tomorrow and place our country among the very prosperous and powerful nations in the world.
Part 3 of my book as noted below provides road maps and guidelines how the same can actually be accomplished. But this can be accomplished only by responsible and accountable system of governance at the Union and the States. Governments that are sensitive to human sufferings and capable of addressing the maladies ailing the nation and fulfill the objectives of the Constitution.
I WISH, OUR YOUTH, GRASP THIS PHILOSOPHY AND PRACTICE IT IN THEIR THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS, THEN THEY CAN INDEED PULL THE COUNTRY OUT OF ITS PRESENT SHAMBLES TO A GLORIOUS TOMORROW.
